'Spirit Beings' is a general term, not a single attested figure: in Salish and other Northwest Coast traditions the world is inhabited by countless spirits dwelling in rocks, trees, waters and winds. These beings must be treated with respect and given offerings, and they can help or harm people depending on how they are treated. The record names no specific spirit.
