Suuke (cave-dwelling monsters)
The Suuke are cave-dwelling monsters of Zuni tradition, lesser demonic beings who live in the cliffs and caves around Zuni lands. They carry off children in their baskets, and are counted among the dangerous supernatural creatures associated with Atahsaia, the terrible man-eating ogre of Zuni legend.
