Talking God (Haashchʼééłtiʼí)
Talking God (Haschélti, Hastseyalti) is a principal Holy Person of the Navajo, one of the four calling gods of the sacred mountains, mentor and advocate for the People who helped Changing Woman give birth to the Monster Slayer Twins and travels on rainbows. He leads the Night Chant (Yeibichai) ceremony, recorded by Washington Matthews in 1902, and is associated with the white color.
