Tay
Not independently attested in Sudanese folklore under this name. Tay is described as a serpent-like water spirit of the Nile who blesses fishermen with good catches or drags the disrespectful beneath the water. The figure fits the documented river-spirit world of northern Sudan and Nubia, including the banat el Hur and the River Folk, but no source names a being called Tay.
