Tseiqami Thunderbird Kwakwaka Wakw
Tseiqami is the thunderbird of Kwakwaka'wakw tradition, a colossal supernatural bird whose wingbeats make thunder and whose eyes flash lightning. He is master of storms and a power of the sky world, associated with the winter ceremonial realm, and his younger sibling Kolus, a downy being who sheds his coat to become human, acts as an ancestor and go-between.
