Txamsem, also called Weeget, is the great raven of the Coast Tsimshian, the creator and trickster who stole the sun and stars to light the world and brought fresh water and the salmon. A being of immense appetite and endless ingenuity, he both made the world and causes its troubles, and his deeds are told in Tsimshian adaawx.
