Whirlwind
Whirlwind, also rendered Cyclone, is the wind-being of the Jicarilla Apache creation, present before the world began alongside darkness and water. He is one of the primordial forces out of which the cosmos was ordered by the Hactcin, and he remains a power felt in the Southwest winds. The figure is attested in the Jicarilla emergence account.
