Not independently attested as a wildcat nature-spirit in Pomo tradition. The extensive Pomo folklore recorded by S. A. Barrett centers on the theft of fire, the earth-diver creation, bear shamans, and Coyote; no wildcat or bobcat nature-spirit appears in these collections. The entry is a misattribution, most likely generated from a generic feline template rather than Pomo oral tradition.
