Wildcat Nature-Spirit of Uzbek
Not independently attested as a nature-spirit in Uzbek folklore. Across the Altai and Turkic world the wild cats, above all the lynx and snow leopard, are mythologized as powerful and untamable beasts hedged about with respect and hunting customs, but no named wildcat nature-spirit is recorded for Uzbek tradition. The claimed water powers are unsupported.
