Wildcat Ancestor-Spirit (Cheyenne)
Not independently attested as a wildcat ancestor-spirit in Cheyenne tradition. The Cheyenne are a Plains people whose culture heroes and tricksters are other beings: the culture hero Sweet Medicine and the spider trickster Veeho (Wihio). No wildcat or bobcat ancestor figure appears in their recorded mythology; this 'Cheyenne wildcat' record is a misattribution.
