Wolf Deity of Yurok
Not independently attested as a wolf deity in Yurok folklore. Yurok tradition is carried by the trickster-heroes Pulekukwerek and Wohpekumeu, recorded by Kroeber, Sapir, and Spott and Kroeber, who put the world in order and bestow power on worthy humans. The wolf is a familiar animal of the Klamath watershed, not a worshipped deity.
