Wolf Nature-Spirit (Tupi)
The 'Wolf Nature-Spirit (Tupi)' is not attested in Tupi-Guarani tradition. Wolves are absent from South America. Tupi-Guarani cosmology features the culture hero Mboi-Tatá (fire serpent), the trickster Curupira, and the jaguar (Yaguareté) as a powerful being. No wolf spirits exist in the ethnography of Métraux or Darcy Ribeiro.
