Wolf Spirit (Laotian)
Not independently attested in Laotian folklore: no tradition records a forest wolf spirit. Wolves are not native to Laos, and Lao animist cosmology centers on phi spirits, the protective khwan (thirty-two souls), and tiger- or dog-related shapeshifters (weretigers), with no wolf figure. The description appears to be a generic forest-spirit template applied without documentary basis.
