The 'Wolf Trickster (Mapuche)' is not attested in Mapuche tradition. Wolves are absent from South America. Mapuche trickster figures include the wekufe (harmful spirits) and the kalku (sorcerer), but no wolf trickster. The fox (Ngürü) appears in some tales but not as a primary trickster.
