Wolf Water-Spirit of Blackfoot
Not independently attested as a wolf water-spirit in Blackfoot folklore. Blackfoot wolves are land animals and helpers, as in the Wolf Man tale, while water is the domain of other beings; no wolf is associated with lakes, rivers, or oceans in the recorded Blackfoot corpus. The water-spirit archetype is a template artifact.
