Zduhać (also Zduhač) is a human with supernatural abilities from Montenegrin and Dalmatian folklore, particularly among mountain tribes. Born with a caul (amniotic membrane) on their head, a Zduhać is destined to protect their community from destructive weather. During storms, their spirit leaves their sleeping body to travel through the skies and battle evil forces or other Zduhaći who threaten their village's crops, livestock, and safety.
