Draupnir
Draupnir, 'the dripper', is the golden ring of Odin, forged by the dwarven brothers Brokkr and Sindri in the same wager that produced Mjölnir. Every ninth night, eight rings of equal weight drip from it, making it an endless source of gold and a symbol of abundance. When Baldr was laid on his funeral ship Hringhorni, Odin placed Draupnir on the pyre; the ring was later fetched back from Hel by Baldr's brother Hermóðr, who rode the eight-legged horse Sleipnir to the underworld at Frigg's bidding.
