Prydwen
Prydwen, in Welsh tradition, is the name of King Arthur's ship, the vessel in which he sails on expeditions into the Otherworld. In Culhwch ac Olwen Arthur rides in Prydwen, and in the poem Preiddeu Annwn, the Spoils of Annwn, he sails in the ship with a chosen company to raid the cauldron of the Otherworld fortress of Annwn. The name, which some scholars connect with a word meaning 'beautiful form', is also given to Arthur's shield in some texts, so that a single word came to serve for both protection on land and passage by sea.
