Thuan Thien Sword
Thuan Thien, the Sword of Heaven's Will, is the magic blade given to the farmer-king Le Loi during his revolt against the Ming occupation of Dai Viet in the fifteenth century, when the golden turtle god Kim Qui surfaced from the waters to present it. With the sword Le Loi's army defeated the Ming and he founded the Later Le dynasty, ruling as the national hero of Vietnamese independence.
