The Buryat version of the great Central Asian epic of Geser (Geser), focusing on his battles with various demons rather than military campaigns. The epic begins with a unique prologue: the great Tengri Khormusta of the western celestial tribes wars with Atai Ulan, lord of the eastern evil gods. After victory, Khormusta dismembers Atai Ulan and throws his body parts to Earth, where they become monsters and demons that nearly destroy humanity.
