Blue Jay Visits Ghost Town (Chinook - Ioi and Blue Jay)
Blue Jay's sister Ioi was bought by ghosts as a wife and disappeared to the land of the dead. After a year, Blue Jay went searching for her. He asked all the trees and birds where people go when they die. He journeyed to the ghost town, which appeared to him as a place of bones and decay, but the ghosts saw it as beautiful. Ioi warned Blue Jay not to laugh at the ghosts or behave disrespectfully, but Blue Jay could not control himself. He kicked skulls, laughed at the skeletons, and shouted at the ghost people who were only skeletons to his eyes. When the ghosts went to butcher a whale, Blue J
