Kalala Ilunga: The Founder of the Luba Empire
Kalala Ilunga, son of Mbidi Kiluwe and Bulanda, was born with the destiny of a conqueror. From childhood, he showed extraordinary strength, intelligence, and mystical gifts far beyond his years — he was said to praise himself for future exploits on the very day of his birth. His uncle, King Nkongolo, grew jealous and afraid of the young prince's growing power.
