Hesaketvmesē, also called Epohfvnkv, is the supreme being in Muscogee Creek religion. Known as the 'Maker of Breath' or 'the One Above who holds life's breath,' Hesaketvmesē is a solar deity who spoke to and guided the Muscogee people on their journey from the west.
