Napi and the Rolling Skull
Na'pi was walking across the prairie when he kicked a buffalo skull and told it to get out of his way. The skull began to roll after him, chasing him across the plains. Na'pi ran to a tree and climbed it, but the skull called to the tree, asking it to bend down. The tree bent, and the skull rolled up to Na'pi's hiding place. Na'pi was trapped and the skull would have killed him, but he tricked it by saying he saw more buffalo over the hill. When the skull turned to look, Na'pi leaped down and escaped.
