Having lost his wife Fog Woman, Raven decided to marry again so people would look after him. Rather than finding a good wife, he turned himself into a woman and married a man from the Killerwhale people. As a wife, Raven was lazy and deceitful — she stole from the Killerwhale people. Eventually she decided to kill her husband and all the Killerwhales in the village. After this destruction, the story continues with Raven visiting Fish Hawk, promising to be a good partner and share work and food.
