Two large boulders rest at the shore near Oyndarfjørður, constantly rocking back and forth with the rhythm of the waves. Legend says that a local sorceress (witch) saw pirate ships approaching her village after they had already attacked Fuglafjørður, robbing and killing. She rushed to the shore and cast a spell, transforming the pirate ships into stone.
