Mir Chakar Khan Rind (1468–1565) was the legendary Baloch chieftain who united the Baloch tribes into the Second Baloch Confederacy. Born in Makran, Balochistan, he became head of the Rind tribe at age 18 and led a thirty-year war against the rival Lashari tribe, a conflict that became central to Baloch oral epic tradition.
