The Troll Shoes
An old witch prepares to fly to Blakulla by greasing her enchanted shoes. A weary traveler accidentally puts on the witch's shoes and is dragged head-downward through the night. A passerby knocks off one shoe which instantly vanishes and the weakened witch falls into what becomes the Troll Woman's Pit.
