Wenebojo and the Dancing Geese
Wenebojo, hungry and lazy, saw a flock of geese dancing on the shore. He convinced them to teach him their dance, saying he had seen a more beautiful dance in his dreams. The geese agreed, and Wenebojo joined them, singing and dancing with his eyes closed as he had been instructed. As they danced, Wenebojo began to wring the necks of the geese one by one, still keeping his eyes shut. A young goose opened its eyes and saw what was happening, crying out a warning.
